At Liion Wholesale, we stand behind the quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to safety regulations, certain lithium-ion products may require specific shipping protocols for return transit.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and ensure they are packed securely to prevent movement or damage during transit, adhering to all battery shipping safety guidelines.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated warehouse address using a carrier that provides tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
